  Went to Boots as Lloyds being my usual chemist did not stock tablets I needed without lactose. Being lactose intolerant this is a common problem. Boots staff less than helpful advised me to drive all the way back to the GP surgery to get script changed as they would not be able to ring until later despite having an empty store. Went back to Lloyds who sorted it with a simple phonecall despite being very busy. If I had been elderly or frail this could have been a real problem. Customer care should be central.
